The House in the Middle of the Street

Video Storybook

“The House in the Middle of the Street” is a dark fable written and narrated by Jennifer Sklias-Gahan.

Illustration and motion design created by Myles Mullen.

This house timelessly exists in the shadows of family secrets, held by its occupants.

Each year, for as long as is remembered, the house is visited on the very last day and night of the year by a boy and a girl; who knock, and knock, and knock at the door waiting to be invited in.

This is the first in a series of gothic winter tales, with a cautionary message:

My fellow travelers, As you go on your way, always be mindful of whom you are traveling with.
